ROTARY TECHSKILL is an Overseas Training & Testing Center (OTTC) was promoted jointly by S$ 100 Million Rotary Group of Companies - a world class Engineering & Construction giant, a public listed company based in Singapore, along with
Mr. L. Amalraj a first generation entrepreneur from India.

Rotary OTTC was formed with the objective of providing skilled and dedicated labour of international ethics to meet the global requisites of Construction, Process and Marine industries.

Rotary OTTC is managed by a group of professional who have integrated their varied talents effectively, clearly defining their goals and leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of them.

To this end, Rotary OTTC takes in students and drills them extensively, thereby equipping them with the skill and confidence to find assured job opportunities outside the country.
